This marks a full-circle moment for Green, who embarks on a journey back to the origins of his illustrious career.

This coming Friday, the 26th of April, at 7 PM, I eagerly anticipate participating in a remarkable culinary event hosted by Chef Green at Trader Vic’s, Bangkok. This event, not just a dinner but a showcase of Green’s dedication to wellness through food, promises an evening of sumptuous dining and innovative cuisine.

Chef Green is renowned for his commitment to clean, nutritious cuisine. At this event, he will unveil a carefully curated four-course wellness menu. For me, this event is not merely about the food. It also signifies a return to personal roots as the venue, Trader Vic’s, is a place where I formerly held the role of Group VP in Sales & Marketing in the late ’80s and ’90s when it was part of the Royal Garden Resorts group, which has since been rebranded to Anantara.
