The night’s cocktail list includes five unique creations made with Stranger & Sons Gin: Pickled Apricot Highball flavoured with tangy apricot brine; dazzling Butterfly Effect made with butterfly pea cordial that transforms into a lovely pink when topped with tonic water; exotic Gimlet No.9 with a hint of spice from the curry leaves; Disco Deco that showcases the refreshing tartness of tomatoes; and Strange G&T – Arron Grendon’s take on the classic gin and tonic.
