In celebration of this momentous occasion, nahm, led by the world-famous culinary master, Chef Pim Techamuanvivit, presents a limited-time menu that celebrates the finest Thai flavours. Guests are invited to embark on a gastronomic journey like no other with flavours that will bring diners through different parts of Thailand through ingredients and taste.
To begin, a selection of canapés include Dok Khajorn Nha Gung, and Miang Pla Sa-er. These dishes, deeply rooted in Thai culinary heritage, invite guests to partake as the locals do, using their hands to savour each bite.
A selection of entrees include Yam Ma Muang Nam Pla Warn, a delightful mango and dried fish salad, dances with a sweet fish sauce dressing, and Saeng-Wa Pla Duk Fuu, a relish of wild prawn, embraces tamarind, ginger, and somsa, served alongside deep-fried crispy floss fish.
The main course features five remarkable dishes, with highlights including Tom Yum Gung, the renowned hot and sour soup, brims with the essence of river prawn, wild mushrooms, and chili jam; Namprik Maak Maad, a fragrant and spicy relish of maak maad prickly ash, is a delightful accompaniment to succulent pork jowl and an array of vibrant vegetables; and The Panaeng curry, enriched with New Zealand beef tongue, peanuts, and sweet basil, offers a creamy texture and tender beef tongues that melt effortlessly in the mouth.
