CRAFT is serving up stacks upon stacks of pancakes in celebration of Pancake Day, all month long to 13 March 2024. Seven luscious, limited-time dishes are available to be layered up, buttered up and munched down.
Pancake Day, 13 February, also known as Shrove Tuesday, is a celebration the day before Ash Wednesday, which itself launches the Lent 40-day abstinence period preceding Easter. Throughout the centuries, it’s become a tradition for people to fuel up before the fasting period by eating pancakes.
Extending the tradition and celebrating everyone’s favourite, CRAFT pancake creators have come up with a variety of indulgent options:
- The Original – Nothing beats bouncy, soft pancakes covered in homemade butter and doused in 100% maple syrup.
- Triple Chocolate Delight – This decadent dish is definitely for those with a sweet tooth. The pancakes are topped with caramelised banana, chocolate chips, hazelnut cream, white and dark chocolate shavings, and chocolate caramel sauce.
- Zesty Stacks – For a bright and zesty citrus kick, these pancakes come with a mix of lime, lemon, kumquat, grapefruit, orange, and yuzu, topped with an orange juice reduction.
- Merry Berry – An extra dose of antioxidants is delivered by a colourful, lip-smacking tumble of blueberry, strawberry, raspberry and berry coulis.
- Savoury Stacks – For savoury cravings, this pancake stack with edamame, tomato, feta cheese and sesame miso sauce hit the spot.
- Plant Power Stacks – Diners can channel their inner Popeye with this mean green pancake dish that includes spinach, kale, soy milk, shitake, pomegranate, thyme and caramelised onion with a touch of basil oil.
- Bacon & Cheese Bliss – Pancake Nirvana is delivered with this extravagant creation that includes smoked bacon, mozzarella, parmesan, and chives served with rich and gooey cheese sauce.
The Original is served at THB 390 net, while the six other signature flavours are available at THB 490 net.
Pancakes are served from 7:00 – 11:00 a.m. every morning, all month long, until 13 March 2024. So, grab your stacks before they’re gone!
