Craft’s Exciting November: Eleven New Wings & Fresh Creations

CRAFT unveils a new and daring Eleven Wings of November, a lineup of eleven chicken wing flavours crafted by 11 Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok’s talented chefs. Each culinary master puts their own spin on the crowd-favourite appetizer, the chicken wings. These finger-licking good culinary creations will be available exclusively from 11 November until 11 December 2023, at THB 310 per set, inclusive of 9 wings and a choice of french fries or curly fries. 

The Eleven Wings of November is set to revolutionize the way chicken wings are experienced in Bangkok. Renowned for not settling for the ordinary, Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok presents these eleven innovative flavours to spice up your dining adventure. The creative wings include: 

  • SICHUAN CHILLI BY CHEF MOO – A fiery signature by Chef Moo from Ms.Jigger, packed with Sichuan chilli, coriander, ginger, and garlic. 
  • HONEY SOY BY CHEF TONG – Submerged in wild honey and brown sugar sauce, this wing by Chef Tong from CRAFT is a perfection combination of sweet and savoury. 
  • SWEET & SPICY PEANUT BY CHEF POOM – Chef Poom from CRAFT delivers a smoky and spicy wing using roasted peanuts, coriander, lemon zest, and chilli. 
  • MALA & CHEESE BY CHEF NUNI – A crowd-pleasing blend by Chef Nuni from Stock.Room, featuring a numbing kick from Mala chilli and a finish of parmesan cheese. 
  • CRUNCHY TURMERIC BY CHEF NUI – Nothing is more satisfying than a crunchy wing. Chef Nui, Executive Sous Chef, crafted this Thai-inspired wing using turmeric and fried shallot. 
  • CHIPOTLE BUTTER BY CHEF BAM – Chef Bam from Bar.Yard creates a juicy wing coated in a luscious blanket of chipotle-infused butter. 
  • COCONUT CURRY BY CHEF GUN – This wing is conceptualized by Chef Gun from Bar.Yard. This creamy, crunchy bite is made using coconut milk, chilli, and galangal, then topped with coconut flakes. 
  • SINGAPOREAN BLACK PEPPER BY CHEF BANK – Inspired by the famous Singaporean Chilli Crab, this wing from Chef Bank from Stock.Room is glossed with black pepper sauce and topped with coriander.  
  • FIVE-SPICE BY CHEF AUM – Chef Aum from Stock.Room creates a bold wing with a medley of flavours using cumin, cinnamon, fennel, clove, and brown sugar. 
  • TURKISH SPICE BY CHEF KONG – An homage to the vibrant Turkey cuisine, Chef Kong, Executive Sous Chef of Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, infuses paprika, cinnamon powder, and dried cilantro into this wing. 
  • ESQUITE MEXICAN STYLE BY CHEF LAMBERTO – Executive Chef Lamberto brings a fiesta of flavours with ingredients like Piquin peppers, cascabel, sour cream, lime, pickled red onions, buffalo cayenne, and hominy sauce.

The Eleven Wings of November is available until 11 December 2024, at THB 310 per a set of 9 pieces. Guests can choose up to three flavour options and a choice of french fries or curly fries.  

CRAFTY CREATIONS 

CRAFT introduces a new jolly Crafty Creations: Festive Edition, a lineup of five delightful new drinks to the buzzing café of Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok.  Bursting with bright, festive flavours, these new drink additions will keep the festive spirit up. The Crafty Creations: Festive Edition is available now until 29th February 2024.   

Say goodbye to the cliched ‘Pumpkin Spiced Latte’ and say hello to these five fun new Crafty Creations: Festive Edition that include:  

  • FESTIVE AU LAIT – This rich coffee is made with Moo Moo Casa Lapin, decadent chocolate ice cream, tangy raspberries, and gooey marshmallows. What’s fun about it is that it is served with a dog mug, and you’ll discover the breed when you get it!  
  • HOLIDAYS IN SIAM – Inspired by the flavours of Thailand, this light and bright tea is made with the signature Kimpton Maa-Lai Marigold tea blend by Monsoon mixed with yuzu and topped with creamy jackfruit lod chong coconut foam and plum dust. 
  • VERY MERRY STRAWBERRY – This refreshing concoction perfectly blends winter and tropical flavours with strawberry cordial, coconut flower, pineapple juice and lemon. 
  • CRAFTY HORCHATA – A holiday drink wouldn’t be complete without a Horchata. This velvety and toasty drink is made with Japanese rice-infused cinnamon, milk, condensed unsweetened milk, condensed milk, tonka bean and barley. 
  • DRAGON’S BLEND – A perfect drink to ring in the Year of the Dragon. This amber-hued smoothie is made with red dragon fruit, milk, coconut nectar, and organic yogurt. 

Crafty Creations: Festive Edition is available now until 29th February 2024, each priced at THB 280.
