Elevate Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with a culinary adventure that reshapes holiday traditions. ALATi presents an opportunity to create lasting memories with a buffet that showcases the essence of the holiday season—a treasure trove of culinary delights catering to your festive cravings. Dine with family and friends while enjoying the ambiance of live music that adds a special touch to the evening, creating an atmosphere of warmth and joy for a truly memorable holiday celebration.
This feast begins with a raw bar and seafood on ice, featuring three kinds of imported oysters, Canadian lobster, rock lobster, Alaskan crab, mussels, Queenie scallops and more. The Canadian lobster bisque, with freshly whipped cream, is served individually at each table. There is a wide selection of salads, appetisers, cured and marinated fish, terrine and charcuterie, raclette and ‘Tomme du Père Elie’ cheese station from ‘Les Frères Marchand’ and a pan-fried foie gras station, which will please every discerning palate and appetite.
The festive carving station features slow-roasted whole turkey with traditional condiments, slow-roasted Wagyu rump, honey-glazed ham and homemade hot-smoked Norwegian salmon.
The hot station includes Christmas meatballs in gravy, cured maple duck breast with orange, pot-braised beef-cheek stew, macaroni with cheese and turkey ragout gratin.
The risotto station, with parmesan and truffle risotto in a parmesan wheel, is not to be missed.
This festive feast concludes with the all-time classic Christmas sweets live station to satisfy everyone in the family.
