Starting on Friday, August 28, 2020, the talented Chef de Cuisine Stefano Zaninelli of Bangkok’s best-loved Italian Trattoria, Don Giovanni, sets to begin the series with the first episode Culinaria Cruising Throughout Italy, collaborating with one of the most-popular artisan pasta makers, Pastificio Fratelli Romani, to present a new range of Mediterranean-inspired creation. Paccheri, ravioli, or gnocchi, diners can expect the subtle tastes of other sensational ingredients to compliment each homemade pasta dish such as crab meat with an exotic hint of saffron-infused white wine, as well as a match made in heaven; black truffles and sage.
