While taking in the sky-high views above the city from the restaurant’s semi-alfresco or indoor dining room, tuck into a variety of tapas treats like the Gambas (tiger prawns, garlic, paprika and cayenne sizzling in olive oil); classic Spanish tortilla (egg and potato omelet); and txipirones (fried baby squid with black ink aioli and lemon) — all prepared fresh every day using only premium, in-season ingredients.
