Martin Haeberli, Founder and Chairman of FLS Group, said: “When I first established FLS as a project forwarder back in 1993, the biggest challenge we faced was the obvious lack of a track record. Although personally I already had 20 years of project forwarding know-how under my belt it took what seemed to be an eternity to build up trust with clients, agents, and suppliers.
Despite a lot of heartbreak and failures we slowly established ourselves as a serious contender by sheer determination and a “never give up” attitude. After struggling for years, we finally got our much-needed breakthrough in 1998 and we never looked back. What followed was an amazing journey with continuous yearly growth in cargo volume, revenue, and profits. The workload became so big that eventually, in 2007 I hired Torbjörn Larisch, first as my right-hand man and later as my partner and future CEO. It was the best decision I ever made.”

In anticipation of its 30th anniversary and in the spirit of helping those in need, FLS Group bolsters its commitment to support communities in Thailand through its non-profit initiative Diamond Elephant Foundation. Established six years ago by Martin and Torbjörn, the Foundation continues to tirelessly raise funds for underprivileged children. A major commitment was made to the Wat Thung Hiang Children Shelter in Chon Buri province, Thailand to provide a better home away from home for up to 300 underprivileged children. Remarkably, every single USD raised is being distributed because the foundations infrastructure and overhead costs are generously covered by FLS Group.
Furthermore, and in line with its dedication to environmental responsibility, FLS Group is also proud to announce an upcoming collaboration with Ecomatcher – a company dedicated to planting trees around the world. This initiative further reflects FLS Group’s commitment to its Corporate Social Responsibility.
