November 8, 2023 The St. Regis Bangkok welcomes guests to indulge in a delectable Thanksgiving Favorites dinner buffet on Thursday, November 23, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at VIU.

Experience a heartwarming Thanksgiving celebration with your loved one. The one-of-a-kind feast, available exclusively for the day, features timeless classics like the Herbes de Provence Roasted Turkey with Cranberry Truffle Sauce and a sumptuous Australian Wagyu Beef Wellington. Complementing these are side dishes like Winter Brussels Sprouts, the velvety Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, and silken Whipped Sweet Potatoes. Seasonal specialties not to miss include the Pumpkin Risotto in Parmesan Wheel, a refreshing Cranberry Walnut Salad, and the delightful Creamy Spiced Pumpkin Cannoli.

Guests can also enjoy seafood on ice, presenting New Zealand mussels, Thai river prawns, Fine de Claire, Fine de Normandie, and Irish oysters, shrimp cocktails, and a selection of sashimi. Each diner can also enjoy one whole Canadian lobster per person, served in a variety of preparations, such as grilled lobster thermidor or truffle mushroom risotto served with grilled lobster.

Also on offer is an exceptional selection of cold cuts and cheeses, including fresh melon and Parma ham, and Jamón Ibérico with Manchego cheese from La Mancha in Spain. At the carving station, rotating weekly highlights include roasted salmon, Beef Wellington, and braised ham with honey. And, last but not least, desserts including Spanish Churros, Lotus Cheesecake, Tres Leches cakes, a selection of ice creams, Tiramisu, Thai desserts, as well as festive specials like the Chocolate Pecan Tart and Apple Cranberry Crumble. To complete the experience, diners are treated to breathtaking 12th-floor panoramas overlooking the Royal Bangkok Sports Club grounds set against the backdrop of the twinkling night skyline.

The Thanksgiving dinner buffet is presented on Thursday, November 23, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at VIU Restaurant at The St. Regis Bangkok. Prices are THB 3,000++ per person (THB 1,500++ for children aged 4 – 12), including free-flow non-alcoholic beverages.
