Independent family-owned distiller William Grant & Sons, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jyri Pylkkänen as its new Regional Malts Brand Ambassador for Southeast Asia, with his primary focus on Glenfiddich and The Balvenie. Jyri brings a wealth of experience and passion to the role, having spent over a decade creating award-winning brand concepts and executing successful product launches within the spirits industry.
As regional brand ambassador, Jyri will play a pivotal role in cultivating advocacy and supporting the brands’ continued growth in the region. “I am incredibly honored to be representing Glenfiddich and The Balvenie as their SEA Brand Ambassador,” said Jyri Pylkkänen.

experiences and create new ones with the South East Asia and Thailand community of bartenders and consumers.”
Jyri’s career has been defined by his dedication to the spirits industry. During his tenure at Beverage Partners Finland Oy, he spearheaded multiple successful activations, playing a pivotal role in driving brand presence and engagement while managing high-level relationships with key influencers and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). Jyri also co-founded Son of a Punch, two award-winning cocktail bars in Helsinki, Finland, further solidifying his reputation as a creative force and industry leader.
