The most wonderful time of year is finally here! This festive season, Hendrick’s Gin presents a spectacular line-up of refreshing tipples to accompany all modes of holiday merriment. From celebratory cocktails at home and at your liveliest restaurants and bars, to unusual gifts, that will keep spirits raised throughout the season and Put A Little Hendrick’s In Your Holidays.

For Thailand, Hendrick’s is going all out to sprinkle the festive magic and Put a Little Hendrick’s In Your Holidays with its peculiar and delightfully enchanting Hendrick’s Gin Festive Pop-Up at Abar, Marriott Marquis. Setting site for the event, the venue was transformed into an enchanting world of Hendrick’s with fantastical festive cocktails, delightful nibbles and delicacies, and one-of-a-kind gift-wrapping workshop.

To ignite the festive cheers, guests indulged in a three-course dining, with a table-side cooking show by Chef Stephen; that is accompanied by Hendrick’s very own festive concoctions.

Kicking off the first course with a dish of Seared Tuna Cube with Wasabi Mayo. This is paired peculiarly well with Hendrick’s Gin ‘Festive Club’ cocktail. A fine concoction of Hendrick’s Flora Adora, raspberry and peach puree, lemon, and egg white; that is beautifully finished with edible flower garnishing.

This is followed by the second course, a refreshing dish of Smoked Salmon with Cucumber and Crème Sauce that is paired with Hendrick’s very own ‘Christmas Sparkler.’ A magical blend of Hendrick’s Original, mint, strawberry, earl grey fortified wine, marlic acid, and sparkling wine, with a little sprinkle of mint and strawberry garnishes.

Last but not least, before the dessert course, a mouthwatering Risotto Truffle, paired with ‘Mistletoe Mingle,’ – an oddly inspired cocktail with a green hue, that features Hendrick’s Neptunia, rosemary vermouth, green chartreuse and lemon bitters, served alongside lemon peel and baby rose garnishes. This is sweetly finished off with the Salted Caramel Crème & Puff, topped with a Christmas chocolate stick.
