  2. 1 tablespoon stevia sugar
  3. ¼ teaspoon salt
  4. 1 teaspoon rice bran oil
  5. 4 eggs
  6. 100ml of water
  7. 150ml almond milk vanilla flavor
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ingredients for pancake filling

  1. 300g natural yoghurt
  2. 2g gelatin powder
  3. 6g icing sugar
  4. Ripe mango and durian

First, prepare the filling part, mix the gelatin powder and warm water, stir until it dissolved. Then, add natural yoghurt and icing sugar into mixing bowl, mix until smooth. Leave it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes until set. Next, prepare the pancake part, put all ingredients into a bowl and mix together until combined then give the batter a rest in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before cooking.

When all the ingredients are already set, bring it out of refrigerator. Preheat a flat frying pan over low-medium heat. Pour the pancake batter on hot frying pan, let it cook until the bubbles form and flip to cook another side until the color changes to golden brown.
