Celebrate the holidays over a fine dining sharing experience offering the much-anticipated Festive Menu, highlighting Christmas recipes available from December 22 – 28, 2023, and the Review Menu, presenting an encore of the Best of 2023 available from December 29, 2023 to January 4, 2024.
Thoughtfully prepared and crafted, both menus accentuates natural flavors and texture of ingredients. The limited-time Festive menu highlights include Quail, Venison, Foie Gras, Black Truffle, Langoustine, Strawberries, Peaches, and Chocolate as the reminder of beautiful memories of family gatherings in this celebratory season. The Review Menu showcases the flavors that defined the year. It’s a collection of 2023’s most beloved dishes, as chosen by our regulars and palates of the IGNIV Bangkok team.
Setting itself apart from fine dining establishments, the experience at IGNIV is warm and cozy. Sharing the spotlight with Chef David and Sous Chef and Pastry Chef Arne Riehn is Restaurant Manager Regina D’Souza, who ensures every team member is engaging, attentive, and embodies the true spirit of the IGNIV family.
On arrival, IGNIV team warmly welcomes guests to sit at the kitchen counter, where they can enjoy welcome snacks and have the opportunity to interact with the chefs. They then invite the guests to their table to enjoy the rest of the meal, with short visits from chefs and service team members to share the stories behind each dish through the entire sharing experience.
The Festive Menu at IGNIV Bangkok is available from December 22 – 28, 2023 and the Review Menu from December 29, 2023 to January 4, 2024. Both festive menus are available for dinner (5:30 PM – 12:00 AM, last order 9:30 PM) for THB 5,500++ per person, or THB 11,000++ inclusive of magnum wine pairing.
