IHG Hotels & Resorts announced that David Spooner has joined the company as Vice President Global Brands, Six Senses.
Based in the UK, David will support the direction of the Six Senses brand, aligning its strategy with IHG’s iconic Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio. David will lead the Six Senses’ guest journey and work cross-functionally across Operations, Development, Wellness and Sustainability.

David has almost 30 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry and has worked for various leading brands such as Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, One and Only Resorts, and Four Seasons. He has held regional leadership positions and was responsible for over 200 member hotels in the Asia/Pacific region in his most recent role.
