CRAFT welcomes the new year in Chinese calendar with special treats from Yumcha, gourmet dim sum eatery that fuses the traditional flavours with modern twists. The Yumcha Pop-Up, available daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m between 20th – 27th January 2023, serves up mouth-watering bites such as shrimp dumplings (har gau), pork and shrimp dumplings (siu mai), pork soup dumplings (xiao long bao), salted egg custard bao, spinach mushroom bao and other fun creations with prices starting from THB 150++.

CHINESE NEW YEAR BRUNCH AT STOCK.ROOM
Ring in the Year of the Rabbit and bring families and loved ones to spend some quality time and enjoy Chinese New Year Brunch at Stock.Room. Indulge in the signature brunch array plus special dim sum goodies from Yumcha that includes shrimp dumplings (har gau), pork and shrimp dumplings (siu mai), pork soup dumplings (xiao long bao), salted egg custard bao and spinach mushroom bao, as well as tasty pork and shrimp wantons in chili oil or sesame sauce.
Chinese New Year Brunch is available from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, 22nd January 2023 at THB 2,550++ per person including soft drinks, THB 3,500++ per person including alcoholic beverage and THB 888++ per child aged 6 – 12 years old. Children under 6 years old dine for free.

CHINESE EATS WITH FUN TWISTS AT BAR.YARD
Hop into the Year of the Rabbit (no pun intended) with creative treats at Bar.Yard. The 40-floor tropical rooftop bar joins in the festivity and introduces “baco”, a bao-inspired taco with very own Bar.Yard twists. The 2 varieties; a Roasted Duck Bao Taco, featuring homemade freshly steamed bao tacos, Cantones-style roasted duck, crispy cucumber, red chili and hoisin sauce and a Chinese BBQ Pork Bao Taco, featuring ‘char siu’ Cantonese roasted BBQ pork, crispy cucumber, red chili and sweet soy sauce; are served with Chinese cucumber salad and soy and sesame dressing, and Hainanese chili ginger relish and coriander. The special menus are available daily from 20th to 27th January 2023.

THE DRAGON DANCE SPECTACLE AT URBAN OASIS
Dragon Dance is a thrilling traditional Chinese performance that has long been associated with good fortune and auspicious beginning. This year, Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok brings Dragon Dance Show, complete with sensational drum rolls and exciting acrobatic act, to its grassy lawn at Urban Oasis to ring in the new year. Brought to you by The Mongkorn Yok Troupe that has been around since 1951, the traditional dance is refreshed and modernized by the forward-thinking third-generation successor to bring new vibes to the age-old performing art. The show is on Wednesday, 25th January 2023 from 5:00 p.m. onwards at Urban Oasis, L floor.
