In celebration of Thailand’s upcoming Vegetarian Festival (Kin Je or Je Festival), the 1-Michelin starred IGNIV Bangkok, honors local traditions by embracing this festival by showcasing a 19-dish Je Menu, specially crafted for devotees who refrain from the consumption of animal products, Allium, and Coriander, available only on 22nd & 23rd October 2023.
This artistry enhances IGNIV Bangkok’s reputation of adopting the bountiful diversity and freshness of seasonal local produce, including red beets, nori, daikon, kalamansi, mushrooms, melon, pumpkin, and truffles. This vegetarian collection features a total of 19 dishes, each thoughtfully crafted to highlight the natural flavors and textures of the ingredients.
After the main dishes, guests will enjoy desserts, including Chocolate Souffle, Macadamia—Sea Salt, Coconut—Roasted Rice, and Fig—Yuzu—Fungus, as well as IGNIV’s signature Candy Store, featuring a choice of house-made chocolate-covered nuts, fruit jellies, bonbons, and other treats to bring them home to savor later as a reminder of their quality time at the restaurant.
The experience at IGNIV is warm and cozy with engaging and attentive service. Sharing the spotlight with Chef David and Sous Chef & Pastry Chef Arne Riehn is Restaurant Manager Regina D’Souza, who plays a vital role together with David and Arne to lead the team and embody the true spirit of the IGNIV family.
On arrival, the IGNIV team warmly welcomes guests to sit at the kitchen counter, where they can enjoy welcome snacks and have the opportunity to interact with the chefs. They then invite the guests to their table to enjoy the rest of the meal, with short visits from chefs and service team members to share the stories behind each dish through the entire sharing experience.
