KPI Triumphs at Contact Center APAC Awards!

KPI Contact Center recently won international award organized by APAC Awards 2023 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Silver Medal “Contact Center” award under the Business Contribution category that KPI received is considered to be our first KPI Contact Center award gained from international level within the Asia Pacific region. The Contact Center Asian Pacific Awards 2023 is a stage organized to promote and support various organizations. in developing a quality customer service center as well as to upgrade service quality to reach international standards in terms of both convenience and speed in providing services to customers. This can be done using modern technology to help develop the service process to respond to customer needs and deliver the best experience, resulting in maximum customer satisfaction.
