BHIRAJ BURI GROUP, the asset management company that focuses on commercial real estate and Mettler-Toledo (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a leading multinational manufacturer of scales and analytical instruments for laboratory and industrial applications, recently joined together to sign a leasing agreement at Summer Lasalle, the first office campus located in the Sukhumvit-Bang Na area, as the location for Mettler-Toledo’s new office.
Summer Lasalle project is managed by BHIRAJ BURI GROUP, situated in the heart of the Sukhumvit-Bang Na area. With over 61 rais of space, the project offers around 44,000 square metres worth of rental space complete with large green areas covering over 45% of the project to cater to the rising demands of the new health-conscious and environmentally-friendly generation of urban dwellers. Additionally, the project is fully equipped with comprehensive facilities including Sunny at Summer Lasalle, Neighbourhood mall which hosts an extended list of restaurants and various retailers.
