Uno Mas, the award-winning Spanish restaurant perched on the 54th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld, has expanded its culinary repertoire to offer diners a rich and diverse selection of Spain’s most iconic dish – paella.
Expertly crafted by Chef Roberto Gonzalez Alonso and his talented team, each paella at Uno Mas is a delicious marriage of authentic Spanish round rice, an array of herbs and spices, including saffron, salt, pepper, paprika, a generous squeeze of lemon, all cooked to perfection in a traditional oval pan.
There are five different varieties of this classic dish, all cooked to perfection and brimming with a range of premium, fresh ingredients that truly bring each creation to life. The Uno Mas Paella (THB 1,490++) is a splendid fusion of free-range yellow spring chicken and succulent seafood. A luxurious treat, Lobster Paella (THB 2,490++) features wild Canadian lobster. At the same time, the Pyrenees Paella (THB 1,950++) is a gourmet delight with wild mushrooms, Iberico Secreto pork, Catalan “Butifarra” sausage and black winter truffle. Can’t make up your mind about which one to order? The Half & Half Paella (THB 2,350++) features half a portion of both Lobster and Pyrenees Paella. Finally, for the ultimate indulgence, the Seafood “Mariscos” Paella (THB 3,200++) is a seafood lover’s paradise with creamy “Bomba” rice, Maine lobster and tiger prawns.
