Brazilian BOLD, taking place on 19th August 2023, celebrates the vibrant and vivacious world of Brazilian barbecue in an evening that promises an explosion of enticing aromas and the rhythm of Brazilian music. Taking place in the stunning Rivet & Rebar, the cost is just 3,500++ THB per person, with every booking for two receiving a bottle of red wine.
The menu will include Chicken Coxhina served with a frozen Caipirinha; a Brazilian chopped salad with grilled catch from the Andaman Sea; then a feast of mains including suckling pig, Brazilian and South American beef cuts, Brazilian rice and Feijoada, a Brazilian black bean stew; and for dessert, cheese bread with Dulce de Leche and ice cream, served with a rum shot. Anyone who wants to make a weekend of it and book a night at the hotel will receive 30% off the best available rate, with rates starting from 5400THB ++ per night from 18 – 20 August.
