The new à la carte selection fuses classic dishes with only the finest and freshest plant-based ingredients, deliciously perfect for every occasion.
Look forward to the bistro’s plant-based reinterpretations of classic cuisine, in delectable dishes such as Spiral “Pure” Bolognese, an Italian classic with no-less-hearty soy-based spiral pasta served with a vegetarian Bolognese sauce that boasts a ton of flavour and texture from a variety of meatless ingredients; and “Pure” Tacos, a meat-free take on Mexican favourites that taste as good as it look. The bistro’s featured tacos come with a meaty taste and texture without any actual meat, but with an unexpected but incredibly delicious combination avocados, tomatoes, iceberg and cheddar cheese.
The “Pure” Burger likewise serves a flavour packed, juicy veggie pattie on top of crunchy iceberg slices, tomatoes and onion jam with a perfectly balanced BBQ dressing and sweet-potato fries, while a Thai-inspired selection of “Pure” Phad Krapaow and “Pure” Larb is also available to excite the mind, as well as the palate.
