Qatar Airways To Bring Qsuite to its Bangkok Route

Qatar Airways is pleased to announce that it will launch its award-winning Business Class seat, Qsuite, on board flights from Bangkok starting 15 July 2019.

Patented by Qatar Airways, Qsuite features the industry’s first-ever double bed available in Business Class and private cabins for up to four people with privacy panels that stow away, allowing passengers in adjoining seats to create their own private room, a first of its kind in the industry.

Adjustable panels and movable TV monitors on the centre four seats allow colleagues, friends or families travelling together to transform their space into a private suite, allowing them to work, dine and socialise together. These new features provide the ultimate customisable travel experience that enables passengers to create an environment that suits their own unique needs.

Qatar Airways Senior Vice President Asia Pacific, Mr. Marwan Koleilat, said: “We are thrilled to bring Qsuite – a product that has revolutionised luxury travel by bringing a First Class experience to Business Class – to our customers travelling from Thailand. They are highly discerning passengers seeking comfort, quality and innovation, and we know Qsuite will exceed their expectations. We look forward to welcoming all on board to experience this innovation in luxury.”

Qsuite has set a new standard in luxury travel, and is already fast collecting awards since its launch in 2017. Earlier this month, Qatar Airways won a PAX International Readership award for ‘Best Cabin Interior Passenger Experience’ in recognition of the unparalleled in-flight experience offered on Qsuite.

A multiple-award-winning airline, Qatar Airways was named ‘World’s Best Business Class’ by the 2018 World Airline Awards, managed by international air transport rating organisation Skytrax. It was also named ‘Best Business Class Seat’, ‘Best Airline in the Middle East’, and ‘World’s Best First Class Airline Lounge’.

Qatar Airways currently operates a modern fleet of more than 250 aircraft via its hub, Hamad International Airport (HIA) to more than 160 destinations worldwide.

The airline has launched an array of exciting new destinations recently, including Gothenburg Sweden; Mombasa, Kenya and Da Nang, Vietnam. Qatar Airways will add a number of new destinations to its extensive route network in 2019, including Malta, as well as many more.
