Sizzling Fridays & Saturdays Barbecue-Hot Pot and Wood-Fired Steaks at Trader Vic’s

Barbecued pork belly in a rich broth. Wagyu ribeye steak drizzled in red wine jus. Friday and Saturday nights at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort heat up with specials on Moo Krata and steaks from the wood-fired oven starting 2 April 2021 onwards.

Moo Krata offers the best of two worlds – barbecue and hot pot – for a complete family feast that is both communal and entertaining. Anantara has elevated the experience with a sophisticated yet welcoming setting, with fresh breezes out on the al fresco river deck at Trader Vic’s and the energy of a live band.

Dinner starts with a wide selection of comfort foods from live cooking stations, including Som Tum customised according to preference and variety of specialty foods. Then, a Moo Krata set is placed on each table, accompanied by unlimited pork, shrimp, squid, vegetables and the guests’ choice of dip, and the DIY cooking experience begins.

For those who wish to sit back and let the chef take the helm, a selection of premium meats is also available from Trader Vic’s famous wood-fired oven: think Australian wagyu, Hawaiian pork chop and Norwegian salmon accompanied by mouthwatering sides such as spicy roast potatoes and creamy spinach.

The Moo Krata offering is all-you-can-eat for two hours between 6.00 pm and 10.00 pm, priced at THB 699++ per person including free-flow soft drink or THB 999++ including free-flow local beer. Steaks start at THB 690++, including side and sauce.
