We’re running nip-and-tuck to let you know there’s just one week now until our Thursday, August 22 monthly Skål Social & Mixer, hosted by the Hard Rock Café. They’ve lined up a great night with tons of food and music for us.
The menu’s got everything from finger foods including Salmon Roulades, Spring Rolls, and Jack Daniel’s Sliders, on up to mains like BBQ’d Ribs and Southern Indian Seafood Rice with Herbs and Fried Shallots. There are Vegetarian dishes as well, like Cauliflower Buffalo Wings (can’t wait to try!) and Khao Soi Pasta with all the proper garnishes. Dessert is Warm Apple Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream! And this is not even half of the menu! Prepare to be fed well, hang loose, and enjoy some rock n’ roll as you catch up with old friends and new.
