To mark the occasion, The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud Bali will offer special amenities in all guestrooms, including the signature lavender balm and a soothing chamomile tea, designed to enhance sleep and promote relaxation. The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, is celebrating World Sleep Day with a special “Sleep Well” turndown service featuring towel art and a Sleep Well card explaining the celebration’s significance; complimentary wellness sessions and exclusive Sleep Well Ritual treatments at their Heavenly Spa, reinforcing the importance of quality sleep for overall well-being. Additionally, Dr. Jitendra Pokhriyal, the resort’s esteemed wellness expert, will lead a 90-minute wellness session incorporating Yin Yoga and Psychic Sleep Meditation, inviting both guests and associates to unwind and recharge their minds and bodies.
