Reap Factory, the bright and inviting all-day restaurant at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Sukhumvit 20, is celebrating the start of summertime in Thailand with a selection of six special dishes, all crafted using local, seasonal and sustainably-sourced ingredients to immerse diners’ senses in the spirit of summer.
Available from 1-30 April 2024, as part of Reap Factory’s “Harvest Kitchen” concept and all-new à la carte menu, this sensational summer menu will be expertly crafted by Executive Chef Teerathep Tishabhiromya to showcase vibrant colors and flavors.
Dining journeys can start with a choice of two enticing appetizers: Tao Hoo Yen (chilled soft tofu with tiger prawns, cucumber & fried shallots, with a spicy chili paste dressing) and Summer Salad Rolls (fresh vegetable spring rolls with zebra tomato, mango, strawberry, blueberry, orange, kiwi, dragon fruit and strawberry sauce).
A selection of three mouth-watering main courses will transport guests on a global culinary journey, with Spaghetti Puttanesca (tiger prawns, squid and mussels with tomato concasse, chili, olives, anchovies & capers), Seared Duck Breast (served with potato fondant, beetroot purée and orange sauce), and Sea Bass with Sweet & Sour Tamarind Sauce (served with steamed jasmine rice).
A divine dessert of Summer Lime Mousse (mulberry macaroon with strawberry, blueberry, meringue, vanilla crumble and lime sauce) is a wonderful way to end any meal with the fresh taste of summer fruits.
