Swag EV announces expansion in Thailand

Swag Electric Vehicle (EV), an electric motorcycle company has opened its first Thailand store in Bangkok on 15th September 2019 at Siam Square One, level 2.Siam Square is one of the most popular shopping areas in Bangkok, among locals and tourists alike. The Swag EV store will offer street-worthy electric bikes. The company plans to break into the Thai market by introducing two models. The electric bikes are already registered and are licensed to drive in Thailand.

Swag EV is committed to become one of the top 2 wheeled EV (Electric Vehicle) providers in Southeast Asia. The company aims to offer high quality environmentally-conscious vehicles to riders. Initially, the brand will introduce two types of bikes — Type X and Type S. Both bikes come with removable batteries that can be plugged into any electric socket for charging and take only two hours to be fully charged. The brushless hub-motors are from Bosch while the detachable 60 V 26 AH battery in both models are from Samsung. The bikes which can cover a distance of 90 km while fully charged are available in Thailand starting from 62,900 – 65,900THB.

We look forward to defining urban mobility and building a proactive reputation for being sustainable for the new generation." The new store is located in Siam Square One, level 2, SS2026. One of the most popular shopping
centers in Bangkok. It will be open every day from 10:00 am until 20:00 pm.

Swag EV will have an official launch in Thailand in November. Details regarding the official launch in Thailand can be found on the company’s social media handles. Currently, the electric motorbikes are already available in Laos, Spain, and Greece and will soon enter Indonesia, The Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore.
