‘Tastes of Italian-French Alps – Sparkling Sunday Brunch’ at ALATi by Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

– The ‘Tastes of Italian-French Alps – Sparkling Sunday Brunch’ at ALATi Mediterranean restaurant by Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok will be introducing two culinary masters featuring one-Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Dunand, the creative mind behind the success of Maison Dunand and Alpea, and Executive Chef Carlo Valenziano, the innovative force of Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok’s presenting a brunch where the flavours of Italy and France intertwine, only on Sunday, 17 September 2023.

Discover this exclusive Sunday brunch, which offers a fantastic array of unlimited à la carte dishes based on classic Italian and French cuisines. Chef Arnaud and Executive Chef Carlo have created traditional and signature dishes with enlivening flavours from the Italian-French Alps to evoke their gastronomic journey.

A welcome seafood platter, which will satisfy even the most discerning palates and appetites, is served to start the brunch menu. It includes unlimited poached fresh Canadian lobster, freshly shucked ‘La Friandise’ oysters from Marennes-Oléron, steamed Alaskan king crab, kutai mussels from New Zealand and steamed white prawns from the crystal-clear water of Surat Thani.

Chef Arnaud will be featuring his signature French Alps dishes of chicken, mushrooms and albufera; wild trout, grenobloise sauce; croziflette, ham and reblochon; alpea burger, fondue and mushroom ketchup; and more. While Chef Carlo will be showcasing his highlights of Italian Alps recipes of beetroot dumplings, trentingrana fondue, speck ham crisps, fried sage; salmon trout and leek casoncelli, smoked trout butter sauce, watercress, poppy seeds; cured duck breast, rosemary pumpkin mustard, raspberry vinegar duck jus; beef cheek frisse, red currants, juniper jus; and more.

Cheese lovers cannot miss the live station of traditional raclette with baby potatoes and condiments at this special-edition Sunday brunch.

This fascinating journey around the Italian and French Alps ends with an array of delicious Italian and French desserts served buffet style and a live station of chocolate fondue with bugnes.

The ‘Tastes of Italian-French Alps – Sparkling Sunday Brunch’ is served only on Sunday, 17 September 2023 from 12:00 to 16:00 at ALATi on the ground floor of Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok. The price is THB 3,500++ per person, including mineral and sparkling water, soft drinks, signature mocktails, coffee and tea. Children aged 6 to 12 pay halfprice at THB 1,750++ per child.
