THAI Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony On Its Inaugural Flight To Sendai, Japan

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on its inaugural flight of flight TG626 Bangkok-Sendai which operates three flights per week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. This flight departed from Bangkok at 23.59 hours and arrived in Sendai at 7.40 hours (local time) of the next day utilizing Boeing 777-300 aircraft, royally bestowed the name “Lahan Sai”, which THAI received permission to paint the aircraft in Suphannahong Royal Barge livery with the Royal Emblem in Commemoration of the Royal Coronation Ceremony. Mr. Sumeth Damrongchaitham (fourth from left), THAI President, Mr. Kiyoyoshi Oba (third from left), President, Toyota Tsusho Thailand, Mrs. Anujtha Jaovisidha (second from left), Vice President, Toyota Tsusho Thailand, Mr. Wiwat Piyawiroj (sixth from left), THAI Executive Vice President, Commercial, Wing Commander Suthirawat Suwanawat (fifth from left), General Manager, Suvarnabhumi Airport, Airport of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) and passengers attended the ceremony at Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
