The Party Never Dies! Guilty Bangkok Celebrates ‘Día de los Muertos’

Halloween meets Día de los Muertos for one thrilling night at Guilty, a drinking-dining den at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. On 31st October – 5th November 2023, the vibrant South American restaurant will be celebrating one of Mexico’s biggest holidays with an a la carte menu of eerie-sistable Deadly Specials amid spooky décor guaranteed to chill you to the bone.

For starters, guests can sink their teeth into bloody Tartar De Carne Roja with oyster aioli and toasted bread; devilled giant tiger prawns with Peruvian chilli sauce and crispy garlic; or fiery ceviche “Carretillero” – a street food favourite in which chunks of octopus and tiger prawns marinated in red tiger milk meet crispy calamari.

Main course is a choice of glazed duck breast tostada with crispy corn tortilla and BBQ sauce and barbecued lamb rack with squash purée, lemon-yoghourt sauce, feta cheese and toasted peanuts. The playful dessert – Spooky Graveyard – invites guests to dig into a pot of crumbly chocolate soil made from caramel-chocolate mousse, roasted pecans and pumpkin candies.

For an all-around feel-good experience, diners can pair their meal with signature sips, such as The Rebujito – an Andalusian cocktail that shares history with the popular Sherry Cobbler; the enigmatic Dama Pirata that evokes romance and revenge; and Choco Loco inspired by the invention of chocolate by the Olmec people. For the adventurous, the selection of party shots includes Pastor, Paloma Escobar and Pisco Roma.

GUILTY is located on the ground floor of Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel and is open daily for lunch between 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm and for dinner between 6:00 pm and midnight (for dinner only on Sundays).
