The St. Regis Bangkok celebrates an iconic Italian cocktail with Negroni Week from September 12 – 18, 2022.
Throughout the week, the hotel’s Bar Manager Volkan and his team of bartenders present the Classic Negroni – made with Bulldog Gin, Campari, and Cinzano 1757 Rosso – and negroni variations.
The perfect balance of bitter, sweet, and fruity is enhanced with additional Coffee Flavor Aperol in Papa’s Negroni, and the hotel adds its own twist with the St. Regis Negroni, replacing Cinzano 1757 Rosso with Cinzano 1757 Dry, and elevated with maraschino.
On September 13, guest bartender Jane Kaew-yod, winner of Best Bartender of Campari Bartender Competition Thailand 2019, takes over The St. Regis Bar from 7:00 – 11:00 pm. Known for his creativity and deep understanding of flavors, the co-founder of Suvarn Bar in Samui has worked in numerous establishments throughout his career, including at Sorrento in Bangkok.
Negroni Week celebrations start from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, September 12 – 18, 2022 at The St. Regis Bar with guest bartender Jane Kaew-yod behind the bars for one night only on September 13, 2022. Negroni cocktails start from THB 400++ per glass.
