The main course is a bone-in Chateaubriand steak for two – a delectable combination of beef fillet, roasted bone marrow, king oyster mushrooms and Bordelaise sauce. Finally, the meal’s finale is a bitter-sweet chocolate sensation seamlessly blending dark Manjari chocolate, sweet pastry and crème fraiche. Anantara Siam’s fine dining Italian venue, Biscotti, will be staging a perfectly
choreographed “San Valentino” dinner featuring two delectable starters: lobster salad with buffalo mozzarella, Antonius sturgeon caviar and candied oranges; and saffron acquerello rice risotto with cocoa nibs and braised duck leg croquette.
Next, couples will enjoy a slow-cooked hamachi confit with celeriac purée, bottarga and coconut cappuccino; and fall-off-the-bone wagyu brisket with sweet potato foam and black truffle. For dessert, Chef Niccolo Ferrazzani will be treating guests to an elegant strawberry-limoncello “Amore” sorbet served with rose-champagne Bavarois, chocolate heart and grenadine-soaked savoiardi biscuits. The price of a set dinner is THB 5,200++, including a glass of welcome drink for two persons.
