IGNIV Bangkok (1 Michelin star) presents a unique collaboration event that brings together sommeliers to offer a distinctive dining experience. Hosted by IGNIV’s Restaurant Manager Regina D’Souza, “Sommelier 1.0 by IGNIV Bangkok” promises an evening of wine discovery from sommeliers from renowned establishments such as Elements, Baan Tepa, Inddee Bangkok, Haoma, and its own IGNIV.
Guests will have the incredible opportunity to engage closely with these approachable wine experts, as they personally guide and share intricate details about the five handpicked wine labels paired with IGNIV Bangkok’s latest 19 handcrafted dishes of the Summer Menu. These seasonal dishes highlight the unique flavors and textures of summertime – fresh, light, crunchy, smoky, and acidic. The latest fine dining sharing menu features seasonal products from Europe – French Pigeon and Foie Gras, Dutch Veal, Japanese Trout, Maldivian Tuna, Japanese Scallops, French Caviar, Swiss Raclette Cheese, and Japanese Bonito – presented alongside local ingredients from Thailand such as fresh vegetables, herbs, mango, strawberry, and yogurt.
The gathering of these passionate wine specialists under one roof presents a rare occasion for wine enthusiasts to meet, learn, and savor a collection of exceptional wines. From the aroma to the taste profiles, the sommeliers will share the fascinating stories behind each wine selection, making IGNIV Sharing Experience more special on that night.
The “Sommelier 1.0 by IGNIV Bangkok” dinner takes place on Monday, June 19th, 2023, with three reservation slots: 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:30 PM, allowing guests to choose their preferred time to begin this enthralling, genuine, and friendly journey. The evening experience includes a delightful welcome snack, IGNIV’s renowned sharing experience of a new Summer Menu (19 dishes), a curated selection of five glasses of wine expertly paired with each course, and a visit to the Candy Store, for THB 7,900 net per person.
The Summer Menu (19 dishes) at IGNIV Bangkok is available daily from June to August 2023, 5:30 PM to 12:00 AM (last order 9:30 PM) at THB 4,900++ per person, or Carte Blanche menu including surprise dishes at THB 7,900++ per person.
