The event, scheduled from Monday, May 6, to Thursday, May 9, 2024, at the prestigious Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), promises to be an immersive experience highlighting entrepreneurship under the theme ‘Empowering Innovation: Transforming Travel Through Entrepreneurship’.

ATM’s strategic partners, including the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Emirates, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Al Rais Travel, have unveiled their ambitious plans for the 31st edition of this renowned travel and tourism showcase.

Despite cancelling the official ATM press conference due to adverse weather conditions, all partners have reiterated their unwavering commitment to the event and its myriad opportunities.

With over 2,300 exhibitors from more than 165 countries, ATM 2024 emerges as a global platform for industry players. It spotlights the pivotal role of innovation in enhancing customer experiences, driving efficiencies, and propelling the industry towards a sustainable future.

Danielle Curtis, the Exhibition Director for the Middle East at Arabian Travel Market, expressed excitement about the event’s extensive lineup, featuring the esteemed Global Stage and the new Future Stage. The event witnessed a notable surge in participating hotel brands, up 21% year-on-year, and a 58% rise in new Travel Technology products showcased. Furthermore, ATM 2024 introduces new destinations such as China, Macao, Kenya, Guatemala, and Colombia, alongside returning countries like Spain and France.

An India Summit on the opening day underscores the recent outbound travel boom from the Indian market, exploring its potential as a key source market for tourism growth.

His Excellency Issam Kazim, CEO of Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM), emphasized Dubai’s strategic partnership with ATM, aligning with the Dubai Economic Agenda to bolster the city’s position as a global tourism hub.
