CAAT Allows Serving of In-flight Food and Drinks

The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) has allowed airline operators to serve food and drinks to passengers, as well as sell souvenirs on board for domestic flights.

CAAT chairman Suttipong Kongpool said airlines still need to strictly follow COVID-19 preventive measures, including having passengers and staff wearing face masks at all times.

The announcement will be effective immediately.
