Originating from French cuisine, this Vietnamese twist on the classic baguette incorporates a unique blend of local ingredients and flavours, earning it a spot in the Oxford Dictionary in 2011.

Deputy Director Mr Le Truong Hien Hoa expresses that this campaign is more than a culinary showcase; it’s a cultural and gastronomic journey, inviting visitors to explore and relish the rich flavours of Vietnam.

Amplifying Global Reach

The campaign extends beyond local boundaries, with promotional videos featuring Ho Chi Minh City’s transformative cuisine scheduled to air on international networks like CNN Asia, Discovery, and the Asian Food Network. Additionally, the Heritage Guide, an extensive resource on the city’s tourism, is being distributed on all Vietnam Airlines flights, providing travellers with insights into the city’s architectural, cultural, and culinary highlights.
