Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd. temporarily suspends CBU production operations in view of the escalating COVID-19

Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd. announces the temporary suspension of its CBU (Complete Built-up Vehicle) production operations in both Ayutthaya and Prachinburi provinces in response to the escalating COVID-19 pandemic causing a downturn in the current market and to follow the Thai government’s policies and procedures for controlling the spread of the virus.

Honda will suspend its CBU production operations from 27 March until 30 April, or until further notice. During this time, Honda will have some related Honda associates work from home. The company will continue to strictly encourage associates to stay at home and
avoid travelling, including returning to their home towns, and will strictly follow any measures from the Thai government or related government agencies.

Honda continues to monitor the situation closely and is ready to offer support and assistance to every related party, as
well as cooperate with the government and other organizations, to get through this pandemic together.
