Available every day for lunch and dinner, the featured ‘La Primavera’ menu at Salvia guarantees to tempt your taste buds, bursting at the seams with seasonal tastes and pleasant textures of the spring season in several dishes that continue to reflect the talented chef’s Piedmontese and Sardinian roots. Meticulously created with inspiration from his childhood memories, each dish showcases the best seasonal produce, such as white asparagus, zucchinis, tomatoes, and olives, all carefully-sourced for the freshest Spring fare to please all palates.
Look forward to some of the highlights including Frittatina di asparagi e tartufo; a wonderful dish of decadent-yet-healthy springtime asparagus and truffle frittata, Tortelli ricotta e spinaci; handmade ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese filling, smothered in a luscious truffle cream sauce, and Risotto gamberi e zucchine; a classic among the classic dishes of risotto with pink shrimp and zucchini, added with flavours from some basil and lemon.
