This year’s theme, ‘Inspire, Influence & Impact: Women Leading Change’, aims to bring into focus and empower women’s roles in Thailand and beyond.
The event features a panel discussion with three influential women leading change in various sectors: Jariya Koonlinthip, CEO of BMW Financial Services Thailand; Vorachand Thiengtham, CEO of Alka Plus Co. Ltd; and Methawee Thatsanasateankit, CEO of Vulcan Coalition.
As the CEO of Alka Plus, Thailand’s first certified Water Sommelier, Vorachand Thiengtham‘s philanthropy is matched by her business acumen, making significant strides in both social impact and industry innovation. Methawee Thatsanasateankit, as CEO of Vulcan Coalition, leverages the talents of people with disabilities to push boundaries in the AI sector. Her initiative has created over 500 career opportunities, demonstrating her commitment to inclusivity and technological advancement. Jariya Koonlinthip, as CEO of BMW Financial Services Thailand combines a decade of retail finance and insurance expertise with a deep market insight. Her leadership in the automotive finance industry challenges traditional norms and fosters female leadership in finance.
These women are not just leading in their fields but are also creating pathways for other women to follow, embodying the International Women’s Day theme of “Inspire, Influence & Impact. They share their perspectives on women’s inclusion and leadership in Thailand, highlighting the various women-focused initiatives and the challenges and opportunities they face.
